This lets architects and contractors increase their creativity and commercial edge. Which is vital in today’s competitive environment.

Our Portland stone manufacturing capabilities range from the simplest of designs, to the more detailed bespoke items. All produced in our workshop on a series of Computerised Bridge Saws and CNC machines. And running these machines are over 50 highly skilled and experience craftsmen who have worked in the trade all their lives.

Manufacturing Capability

We have a large modern Portland stone manufacturing unit with three new primary saws, complimenting the existing range of secondary saws, planning machines, lathes and profilers. These primary saws have a capacity large enough to supply slab to other stone masonry companies, whilst keeping our own factory supplied.

For new orders our lead times are typically 4 weeks. Although for large projects we require 12 weeks notice. Slab or small orders are often turned around within 2 weeks. However we are flexible and will be able to provide you with exact project timelines depending on your needs.

Bespoke Orders

We don’t as a rule hold stock stone. This is because most businesses require different bespoke pieces for their customers. Therefore we often cut to order. However we do keep a stock of both slabs and standard paving.

We supply Portland stone from the largest most prestigious buildings right down to a small door step or fireplace. No job is too big or small.

Lead Times

Portland stone is in plentiful supply, but it takes time and care to extract. Only about 25% of the stone quarried is of salable quality, so careful programming is vital if customer orders are to be met efficiently.
